The Process

The team at Aviva wants this journey to be as enjoyable as possible. To make this happen we at Aviva being a full-service contractor partner with you through every step of the construction process. Starting at the design phase where we work with your architect and engineer to offer insight and material selections, to interior designers, to the production of high-quality renderings so that you can visualize the dream. Once we have created a plan, we handle the submission process and relay with the city on your behalf to get you through the permitting phase. At this point, we begin the Project Management where we will custom design Gantt Charts for scheduling dealing with legal paperwork getting final costings from sub-contractors ensuring that they have sufficient insurance coverages and all contracts in place so that you are over-protected. We also deal with the budget and timelines so that your project comes in on time and on budget. All of this is handled in one place through our powerful software for complete transparency. To make client oversight as simple and easy as possible clients can communicate using the software via an application on the phone.

Once we get the plans through the city planning and building safety departments we start the construction! Our experts will be on-site overseeing every phase of the construction with you through this logistically complex phase to final sign-off and can even assist with moving in!


